Spa in the executive room didn't function, despite additional charges for it. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, impacting comfort. Wi-Fi was slow, making it difficult to connect when needed. A lack of control over room temperature left a lot to be desired.

Consider asking for a room away from the bar area to minimize noise disturbances during busy events or weekends.

Had a cozy couple of nights in a spacious room with great views! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and I loved the bar options for my morning coffee. Only thing was the chlorine smell in the lobby—definitely strong enough to clear your sinuses. Bring your own cutlery if you want to eat in your room.

But the Wi-Fi was a letdown, super slow and only worked by the door. the TV only had free-to-air channels since they suspended Foxtel, which was a bummer.

the best western offered a clean and cozy deluxe queen room, perfect for a solo traveler. the food and beverage staff were exceptional, and the in-house restaurant had delightful meals. it's conveniently close to local restaurants, making it easy to explore.

We had a lovely upgrade to a bigger room with a wraparound balcony, which was such a treat! the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Despite this, I'd definitely choose this place again.

Had a nice stay with my fam! The room was super spacious and bright, and I loved the little kitchenette for snacks. The breakfast staff was awesome—Colin made sure we had our drinks ready. Only thing was the Wi-Fi kinda sucked, no good for streaming. Otherwise, it was all good vibes!
